Account & Data Deletion

TruSight is operated by Smitten Technologies (Delhi, India).

If you created an account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data held by us.

Option 1 — Email

Send an email to info@smitten.co.in from your registered email address.

If you signed in with a phone number only, include your full phone number in the message.

Subject line: TruSight account deletion request

Include:

• The email address or phone number used to sign in
• A brief statement that you want your account and personal data deleted

Option 2 — From the app

Open Settings → Media & Privacy or About → Request account & data deletion to open this page or start a pre-filled email.

After verifying your identity, we will delete or anonymize, where applicable:

• Your Firebase authentication account (or disable sign-in for your identifier)
• Backend profile data linked to your user ID
• User-initiated shared check links associated with your account

We may retain certain information where required or permitted by law, including:

• Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention records
• Limited server logs for a short retention period
• Information needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes

Submitted analysis content is generally processed to generate results and not kept longer than needed for that purpose, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account does not automatically remove analysis history stored on your device. To remove local history, open the app and use Settings → Clear history.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
